Review - Alfi insulated drinking bottle stainless steel (5337705035) - long-term experience
Long-term test over 4 years - Will it hold out?
table of contents
The bottle has a very appealing design for children. The cap takes a little getting used to. The drinking top is rotated to open, is otherwise very similar to a bicycle drinking bottle. The size is also similar to a bicycle drinking bottle and can thus be used in most water bottle holders. If the cap is closed properly, the drinking bottle is absolutely tight and also keeps what the manufacturer promises in terms of insulation.
The bottle of Alfie can be cleaned in the dishwasher, which of course I did regularly. It has certainly gone through more than 100 rinses without problems. The Beschictung has not suffered. Only a few damages to the paint had the bottle after the long-term test, but these by falls on hard ground öder similar.
The drinking cap is conditionally practical and initially also absolutely tight. In a closed state, it is also after 4 years of testing. However, if the drinking attachment is in the open position, it now also allows liquid to escape from the side, which repeatedly leads to "Mom, I'm wet" complaints. This is also the reason for the Entsorgungn after 4 years of use. At a price of less than 15€, but that's ok for me.
The test verdict - rating
My Test rating
At a price of about 12 euros at the time, I am quite satisfied with a shelf life of 3-4 years and so the Alfi vacuum flask gets an overall rating of GOOD from me.

My name is Martha, and I am a 38-year-old former freelance journalist. After a successful career in the journalism field, I decided to make a significant change in my professional path four years ago and pursue a new career as an elementary educator. Since then, I have been passionately working in a daycare center, thoroughly enjoying accompanying children in their development and supporting them on their journey of growth and learning.
I appreciate the daily interaction with the children, which offers me new perspectives and valuable experiences. Through my work as an educator, I have deepened my understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young people and acquired numerous valuable skills that benefit me in both my professional and personal life. I am happily married and the mother of two fantastic sons, aged 7 and 10, who inspire and enrich my life every day.
