Review - Ergotopia acupressure mat for soothing relaxation

The accupressure mat arrives well packed and is also very quickly stowed with the accupressure cushion in the supplied bag. Some space needs the Yantramatte then but for storage. Since this was my first accupressure product, I was initially very skeptical because of the quite sharp tips. 

At the beginning I lay down very carefully with a thin T-shirt on the needle mat. Lying on the mat is not unpleasant and after a few minutes you can already feel the effect and soon a pleasant tingling sensation spreads (at least for me). I did not get along so well with the pillow at the beginning, this was rather unpleasant/painful. 

After a few applications, I switched to a T-shirt loose application, because so the Wirkunf is even faster and better to notice. Also with the pillow I have made friends a little, but do not always use it and if then not over the entire application period.

About the effect: I use the mat (unfortunately) only in acute pain and there it usually provides rapid relief of discomfort. I think, with regular use, you can also prevent the discomfort. Unfortunately, I don't have the time or motivation to do that.

I am very satisfied with the accupressure mat. Lying on the pointed acupressure points is more pleasant than I feared.
